Lot C-20 is a prime commercial hangar development space. The lot features taxiway and roadway frontage and utility access on the lot. The lot may be leased in its entirety or subdivided based on the needs of the selected lessee.

Lot C-21 is prime commercial hangar development space. The lot features taxiway frontage, easy access to the lot via Solomon Pass Road or E Aviation Way, space for parking lot construction outside the fence, and easy access to utility infrastructure. The space is able to be expanded to the north as needed.

In accordance with the Airport Leasing Policy, all unique lots that are not readily available in large quantities must undergo a bidding process. The above lots are advertised on a continuous 30-day repeating cycle from the 1st to the 30th of every month. Any and all applications received in this period are evaluated using a "highest and best use" analysis. Applications are considered on the basis of the businesses' potential positive impact on the airport. All leases have a flat rate as established by the City Council, and monetary bids in excess of the standard rate are not allowed.
